How reflections work
Last updated 30 July 2026
Reflections are how we measure use of Wisero. Every plan includes an allowance, and each thing you spend draws from the same pool — there are no separate budgets for chat and lessons.
What each action costs
| Action | Reflections |
|---|---|
| A message to your copilot | 1 |
| Starting a lesson | 5 |
What costs nothing
- Continuing a lesson you started — starting it over counts as a new lesson
- Going back to change an answer
After you finish a lesson
While your subscription is active, a lesson you've finished becomes available again 7 days later. Opening it again then starts the lesson fresh and costs 5 reflections, the same as starting any lesson. The wait applies to each lesson separately, so the rest of the library stays open.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Reflections per period |
|---|---|
| 1-Week Plan | 60 |
| 4-Week Plan | 240 |
| 12-Week Plan | 720 |
Your allowance refills each time your subscription renews. While your subscription is active, your current balance is shown in your profile.
Unused reflections don't carry over
Each period starts fresh. Anything you didn't use in the previous period doesn't add to the new one.
Before you subscribe
You can send 3 messages and open 1 lesson to see how Wisero feels.
If you run out
Nothing is lost. Lessons you've already started stay open and free to finish, and while your subscription is active, your allowance refills when it next renews.
Anything unclear, write to support@wisero.app and we'll explain.
